Prague National Theatre as institution, powering Prague main stages such as National Theatre, Mozart Estates Theare, State Opera and New Stage, has applied the so called dynamic pricing system within which the prices of tickets for specific seats for specific performances may increase in relation to forthcoming dates of performances and/or to number of seats sold out. This is why special reservation fees might be applied on our websites, too.
The term "best category location" for the three Prague opera houses customarily includes the whole orchestra /parterre/ stall, first balcony central stall, and front seats in boxes of first balcony and in boxes of ground floor.
However, in the event the requested location for a requested performance has not been available as requested, you will be informed what other seating is available and what is the difference in price.

The ticket prices include no VAT, or VAT 15%. VAT 21% referring to our services is always included in the quoted prices.
The tickets might be refunded only if the requested programme has been changed by the theatre; such refunds are naturally possible only if claimed prior to the commencement of the concert. Otherwise, the tickets might be refunded only if the event has been cancelled because of "force majeure".
However, just the tickets price /"subtotal items purchased" is refundable. The services price /"subtotal fees (incl. booking /reservation /handling fee, delivery fee if applicable, postage if applicable)" has been consumed as soon as we sent your e-tickets to the e-mail address you have indicated. The services price isn't ever refundable if once consumed.
